Net worth statements (Form GE-110) will list all assets (property and cash accounts) that are maintained within your branch/mission. If you don't have property, list all cash accounts, building funds etc. The form is self explanatory Branch Status Reports (Form GE-109) List out your membership by category and office. The form is very self explanatory. Both of these reports are due after you have your year ending branch/mission business meeting usually in Jan/Feb for the previous year.
